Another week of B.S.

O.K.
Another week goes by. I have now begun invoicing for late fees.
Daily emails gain no reply. When I ring, I'm told, "They are all at a conference"
The entire accounts department.
So being told by SK from Sony/BMG, "I will take care of this myself on monday(last)"
was meaningless.
No bills paid this week to anyone!

Monday will bring more late fees, and a trip to the Department of Fair Trade.
Do I have to call my lawyer?
